By AIR
Tirana International Airport (TIA – Nënë Tereza): ~150 km from Vlore (approx. 2.5–3 hours by car or shuttle). Strongly recommended
- Ioannis Kapodistrias Airport, Corfu (CFU): Fly to Corfu, then take the hydrofoil or ferry to Saranda, and continue by road (approx. 3 hours).
- Kastoria or Preveza Airports (Greece): Suitable for regional travelers by car/bus via border crossings Kakavijë or Qafë Botë. Long trip
From Tirana to Vlore
By Shuttle Bus (recommended):
Conference organisers will arrange one transfer on 21 April (arrival) and one 24 April (departure) between Tirana Airport and Vlore hotels/university.

- Buses leave every 30–60 minutes from Tirana South Bus Terminal (“Terminali i Autobusëve të Jugut”). Recommended
